Great service, honest & forthcomeing.
Priced very fairly. Loved his sense of humor re: City tactics to belittle him, as he made the mistake of taking on City Hall without the help of his peers. Very nice, very honest, very real. Would reccomend him to all my friends. Took a bite at the city, and they took a chunk out of his life. I respect him for doing the right thing. Few contractors would take on the City knowing the unfair outcome.

Mary & family still love him, as well as the thousands he has been so kind to.
